QUIIKBODY Takes Legal Action to Protect Its Intellectual Property Rights as Suspected Infringing Products Are Removed from China Sport Show

During the 2026 China International Sporting Goods Show (China Sport Show), QUIIKBODY formally initiated legal procedures to protect its intellectual property rights after identifying exhibits at the show that were suspected of infringing its patents. Following an investigation and review by the exhibition's intellectual property authorities, the suspected infringing products were removed from display in accordance with the show's relevant procedures.

During the exhibition, QUIIKBODY identified products displayed by two exhibitors that bore a high degree of similarity in appearance and structural design to its independently developed KP1095 Hip Thrust Machine, raising concerns of potential patent infringement. QUIIKBODY immediately secured relevant evidence, compiled comprehensive product comparison materials, and submitted them to the Intellectual Property Management Office of the exhibition.

Following an on-site review and assessment based on the relevant patent documentation, the exhibition's intellectual property authorities determined that the exhibits were suspected of infringing QQUIIKBODY's intellectual property rights. In accordance with the China Sport Show's intellectual property protection regulations, the relevant exhibits were subsequently removed from the exhibition.
